How VJ STUDIO partnered with «Polymedia Laboratories» to enable more efficient communication and personalization, providing expedient ways to synthesize access to vital data.

Like most major organizations, Polymedia Laboratories maintained an intranet filled with useful corporate information. Also, like most major organizations, Polymedia was not utilizing nearly enough of its available resources due to usability and design challenges.
The mission was to improve the usability and productivity of the old Intranet site. Inspire employees to use it more often when they need to find work-related information and implement new communication tools that help departments to schedule meetings and organize events.
Polymedia wanted to share all of its data by giving employees a secure access to the system. Unfortunately the architecture of the database was not correctly organized and the security had to be more efficient.
VJ STUDIO rebuilt the database and reorganized the architecture of the Intranet system. We created a new interface that would capture Polymedia’s brand and encourage employees to use the Intranet site.
We designed more than two hundred templates that can be easily integrated by Polymedia’s personnel to bring the inspiration and new look-and-feel to the Intranet site. The new Intranet is personalized for each employee. It identifies the user by their login and shows information that is only relative and valuable to this particular employee.
Now, users can easily notify others about meetings and company events through a new on-demand corporate calendar. Employees can share various data and communicate using a video conference.
Polymedia successfully enhanced the relationships with its employees by better communicating through the new Intranet.
Three month after the new Intranet was launched, the overall operational efficiency was expanded by 275%.
Internal communications were increased by more than 300% due to easy and reliable data sharing and new Intranet communication tools.
